Shipping policy

We currently offer delivery exclusively to addresses within the European Union. All shipping costs listed below are inclusive of legally applicable VAT.

1. Shipping Rates & Free Delivery

We strive to keep our shipping costs transparent and affordable. We offer a flat-rate shipping fee per order, regardless of the number of items.

European Union delivery includes: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

2. Delivery Periods

Unless otherwise specified in the product description, your order will be delivered within the following timeframes:

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery Time Germany: 3–5 business days.

  • Delivery Time European Union: 3–10 business days (depending on the destination country).

Delivery times are calculated from the conclusion of the contract (or from the date of payment instruction if advance payment is selected).

Important Notes:

  • Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

  • We partner with DHL to ensure your package is handled safely and is fully trackable.

 

3. Combined Shipping

If you order multiple items with different delivery dates, we will bundle them into a single shipment to minimize environmental impact, unless a different agreement has been made. In this case, the delivery date for the entire order will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

 

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
