Gift card terms

These terms apply to the Eduard/Gift Card. The card is issued by Eduard Teas GmbH, Potsdamer Platz 1, 10785 Berlin, Germany.

Redeeming

You can redeem the gift card at eduardteas.com and in person at our pop-ups and tastings. Online, enter the code at checkout in the field for discount codes and gift cards. You can use several gift cards in one order.

If the credit doesn’t cover your order, you pay the difference with one of the usual payment methods. Gift cards can’t be used to buy other gift cards.

Remaining credit and validity

Any credit you don’t spend stays on the card, and you can redeem it as often as you like until it runs out. The card has no expiry date.

No cash payout

The credit can’t be paid out in cash and doesn’t earn interest. This doesn’t affect your statutory right of withdrawal (see below).

Passing the card on

The gift card can be passed on. Whoever has the code can redeem it, so please keep the code safe, like cash. We can’t replace a lost or misused code unless we are responsible for the loss.

Right of withdrawal

When you buy a gift card online, the statutory right of withdrawal applies, as described in our withdrawal policy. If you withdraw, we refund the credit that hasn’t been redeemed yet and deactivate the card.
