The Eduard/Himalaya Teas

The Eduard/Himalaya Collection showcases the rich diversity of tea found in the Eastern Himalayas.

White Tea

Silver Needle Full Moon

Once each month, during the full moon, skilled hands pluck only the youngest buds, still wrapped in their silver down. The lunar rhythm is believed to draw the plant’s finest essence to the surface, giving this tea its delicate aroma and refined natural sweetness.

Tasting Notes:
Orange Blossom, Grapefruit, Honey

Jungpana Tea Estate
Darjeeling, India
Black Tea

Himalaya Spring

The first harvest after a long winter rest, this tea captures the cool mountain air as the plants awaken from their dormancy. The young leaves are filled with the nutrients gathered through the cold months, translating into a cup that is vibrant, aromatic, and full of flavor.

Tasting Notes:
Geranium, White Grape, Camphor

Jun Chiyabari Tea Garden
Hile, Nepal
Black Tea

Second Musk Flush

During the warm summer flush, a unique natural reaction transforms the tender leaves, enhancing their fruity, muscatel aroma. Only the most expressive 4–5% of this rare harvest are hand-plucked to create a Darjeeling of remarkable depth and character.

Tasting Notes:
Muscatel, Walnut, Honey

Jungpana Tea Estate
Darjeeling, India
Black Tea

Autumn Flush

This tea is crafted during the final harvest before winter rest. As the mountains turn golden, the leaves develop a calm, grounded character. A true taste of the season, it offers warmth, depth, and quiet comfort for everyday enjoyment.

Tasting Notes:
Oak, Apricot Jam, Caramel

Temi Tea Estate
Sikkim, India
Black Tea

Himalaya Imperial Black

Rooted in the Himalayan terroir, this tea is crafted with East Asian techniques that bring new expression to the region. The result is an intensely oxidized black tea, rich and layered, that captures both the depth of the mountains and the spirit of innovation behind its making.

Tasting Notes:
Cacao, Prune, Honey

Jun Chiyabari Tea Garden
Hile, Nepal
